There's should be background in clips, you can take originals or make them by yourself.

Clips should go 10-20 seconds max.

Max 5 clips.

Only animate 30 fps, size 640 x 360

You can use your sprites, and your OC, keep in mind, friendlies should be only A.T.P Engineers & A.T.P Soldats.
